Best resort in koh Lipe
In my opinion, the best resort in the whole island. The location is just perfect. In the corner of Pattaya Beach, the place is quiet at night and beautiful and active in the morning. The swimming pool and the swimming pool bar are just perfect. Good food, and nice happy hour promotion on drinks from 1pm until 8pm. Our villa was at the front line beach, so we could watch the sunset from our private sunbeds.
I think they need more eco-friendly options, like paper straws, water filters to refill bottles, instead of plastic water bottles, etc. This will help to the conservation of such a beautiful island.

Nice resort doesn’t outweigh bad value
Great location towards the sunrise side of Pattaya Beach with easy beach access to very soft white sand beach and to walking street. Has a great pool area with swim up bar. Resort massage was same price as in walking street and very well done.
We stayed in a “sea view” villa, which could hardly be described as sea view (hence the quotes). You could see a sliver of water through a narrow corridor that divides two beach front villas and was obstructed by ac fan jutting out and shrubbery. From a value perspective, I would not spend the extra $$$ again compared to what other resorts or even the Bundhaya resort price was. Lastly, the bed was extremely hard. All of the beds we stayed on in our Southeast Asia trip were harder than we were used to, but the Bundhaya one might as well have been a concrete slab. Lastly, the included breakfast (and resort restaurant, in general) left a lot to be desired. We had much better tasting and wider range of options at hostels in Thailand that cost about 1/20 of Bundhaya.
